真的太高興了！

聚餐與應酬一週總有個三、四次，
吃飯、喝酒成了例行公事，不到一年體重增加了11kg，
身材更加走樣變形，西裝褲愈來愈緊，西裝外套愈來愈不合身，
漸漸的，我愈來愈害怕照鏡子，愈來愈不想面對自己的體態問題！
直到今年三月遇到一個非常關心我的人，
他真的超厲害的!不但已經幫很多有決心的朋友瘦下來
更棒的是到了現在，經過他的專業，我體重已經降了19kg，
哇!以前我真的連呼吸都會胖，現在真的覺得那是上輩子的事情了!呵呵~
